Grosso Sisal serves manufacturers and industrial buyers across rope, twine, composite, and sustainability sectors with Agave sisalana fibre from our Hale factory in Tanga.
Sisal is one of the most widely used natural fibres in rope production. Its high tensile strength, durability, and saltwater resistance make it the preferred natural fibre for rope and cordage manufacturers globally. UG grade, with fibre at or above 60 cm, is specifically suited to the length requirements of rope production. SSUG supports secondary rope and twine applications at volume.
Twine and cordage manufacturers require consistent fibre length, strength, and surface quality. Tanzanian Agave sisalana from Grosso delivers the specification reliability needed for high-volume production. UG serves premium agricultural and industrial twine; SSUG provides a shorter-fibre alternative at volume. Both are available from our Hale factory with consistent monthly output.
Industrial buyers sourcing natural fibre for composite boards, geotextiles, mats, and erosion control require consistent volume supply. Grosso's UF and Tow grades serve these demanding applications where mixed and short fibre characteristics are acceptable and preferred for cost efficiency. Tow is produced as a natural by-product of our UG and SSUG processing operations.
